China Resources Logistics (Group) Limited (CRL), whose predecessor Far East Enterprising Company (HK) Limited (FARENCO), was founded in Hong Kong in 1948. China Resources Logistics is wholly-owned by China Resources Enterprise, Limited (CRE).

China Resources Logistics consists of four business units: Integrated Logistics, Wharf Operation, Warehouse Service and Cold-Chain Logistics. In Hong Kong, we have more than 8 dry warehouse facilities, 2 cold storage buildings, 1 multi-function container wharf and transportation fleet for local distribution and container haulage. In Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Zhongshan, we have more than 2 million square feet of modern warehouses in total. With these resources, our experienced teams and self-developed information systems, we provide various services on public warehousing, warehouse leasing, international freight forwarding, cargo transportation & container haulage, mid-stream operations, yard operations and other value added services as well as one-stop logistics solutions.
